I RECENTLY TRIED USING THIS PRODUCT DAILY, AS SUGGESTED, AND AFTER USING ALL THE 60 CAPSULES, I REALLY DIDN'T NOTICE MUCH IF ANY CHANGE IN MY BLOOD SUGAR MEASUREMENTS THAT I DO EVERY MORNING. OF COURSE, THESE READINGS REFLECT THE KINDS OF FOODS YOU HAVE BEEN EATING, BUT I TRY TO AVOID SUGAR ITEMS IN MY DIET. WHILE USING THIS PRODUCT, MY BLOOD SUGAR READINGS STILL FLUCTUATED ABOUT THE SAME AS BEFORE, SO I AM NOW TRYING ANOTHER SIMILAR OTC PRODUCT TO SEE IF IT WILL WORK BETTER.

MY GOAL IS TO KEEP MY BLOOD GLUCOSE READINGS AT OR BELOW 105 mg/dl, BUT IT RANGES UP TO 115 mg/dl FREQUENTLY, AND UP TO ABOUT 120 mg/dl ABOUT 10% OF THE TIME. I HOPE YOU HAVE BETTER LUCK WITH THIS PRODUCT THAN I DID !!!
