Product arrived quickly and in good condition. The instructions did not fit the product and I wasn't certain that the temperature measuring device worked properly. Communication with the supplier resulted in a claim that the device was faulty; that they'd send a replacement and that I should go ahead and use the product anyway.

The replacement temperature device did not arrive; I still don't have the correct instructions and have no basis for trusting the product. Given the cost and need for the insulin I transport, I'm not real confident in this product or the supplier.

insulpak came and will work great i am sure
the ice pack on one side for the cold side and the other side for miscelaneous like needles
the blue is a bit darker than as pictured but product is awesome
nice bag

This bag was as good quality as we hoped and was a nice functional gift for my father in law. Its smaller the the soft sided lunch box he used to use but the temp thing is an awesome bounus
