Great cookbook for diabetics

My mother recently acquired diabetes and has been struggling with recipes she could truly enjoy and that she could eat with her diet restrictions. After a long life of cooking whatever she wanted this was definitely a hard change to cope with. This cookbook was great for her. She uses at least one recipe daily and stays healthy. This is great as a present, or for any diabetic struggling with their diet.

This book is the only Diabetic Recipe Book you'll ever need. You get what you pay for, and this is worth it, once you start cooking and learning from this. If you have diabetes or have to cook for someone who does, get this.
