Do You Know The Symptoms Of Insulin Resistance?

You may be walking around with a condition of which you are not aware. This can happen to those that have cancer and other life threatening conditions, but there are some that can cause other conditions later in life. Insulin resistance is not diabetes, but it can lead to it in the long run.

There are many that have this without realizing it, and there are things that can be done to turn it around. If you can do that, you can avoid diabetes. Know if you have the symptoms of insulin resistance so you know if you have something to worry about or not.

One of the biggest insulin resistance symptoms is a problem with carb loaded food. This might not be something that you realize is not normal if you have had the problem for a very long time. If you eat carbs in any form and feel light headed once you have finished your meal, you may have one of the symptoms of insulin resistance.
