It measures both systolic and diastolic pressure along with heart rate. Advocate offers you the option to test with blood from your arms, thighs or hands which have fewer nerve endings than your fingertips. This means less pain because these Alternate Test Sites are less sensitive than your fingers. The Advocate monitoring system was created to provide greater comfort to the diabetic patient by using a smaller amount of blood for testing. Whether one is visually impaired, or just a busy multi-tasker, the built-in audio readout helps you obtain the accurate results you need from every single drop every single time. It can prompt you when to apply the blood glucose results audibly. Advocate can also tell you the Code confirmation each time you insert a new test strip. Advocate has a bilingual English - Spanish speaking system for your convenience. Advocate can store up to 450 tests with date and time. Advocates downloading capability allows simple downloading of test results in your computer helping you track changes in your blood glucose level over time. Kit includes easy to handle Advocate Quick Draw strips. Strips feature Flip-Top bottle design that opens and closes and handles easily. Patented bottle design features built-in desiccant to keep strips fresh after opening. Capillary Action Technology and Visual confirmation show you how quick an Advocate strip automatically draws the right amount of blood for an accurate reading.
